Another small patch tweaking a few game elements. I went ahead and removed versions 1.0 and 1.1 from the page to reduce clutter - if you want a copy of these, let me know and I can get them to you somehow.

1. Updated the killing logic to target the player less often, and also target nobody less often.

2. The end screen portraits now show the traitors, even if they've been frozen.

4. Added a manual as a separate file. The manual also contains no text.

This is most likely the last patch unless I decide to remake the game in another engine.
