For untold eons, you have lived at the whim of the Aqua Emperor. Eat your fill, so that you might grow strong enough to defeat him.
Fish Emblem is a 2d idle game about a fish with lofty ambitions. Eat fish flakes, gain EXP and trust no one as you build your strength!
All the graphics (backgrounds, sprites, UI elements) in this game are hand-made watercolor paintings. Music and sound effects by MonstrousMouse (https://monstrousmouse.itch.io/). Made in Godot.

You forgot to program an ending my dude.
Also, when you reach level 100, you loop back down to level 90, and at no point anything said I could "defeat the aqua emperor"
This was made for a class project with a limited scope, so I deliberately left it open-ended. Plus, I genuinely didn't think people would play it for long enough for that to be an issue.
